What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions with each order?

Yes, every plant comes with a detailed digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.

How long does delivery typically take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to ensure your plants spend the least amount of time in a box.

Are your pots included with the plants?

Plants are shipped in their nursery grow pots unless you select one of our decorative ceramic or terracotta options at checkout.
