Stainless Steel Soil Probe
Stainless Steel Soil Probe: Moisture Meter & Soil Aerator
Moisture meters tend to be inaccurate. Using a soil probe takes away the guesswork, and allows you to visually analyze the soil. Insert the pointed end into the soil and push down, slightly twist the probe and slowly pull up. The probe will show a sample of the soil at several layers allowing you to see and feel the moisture levels throughout the pot. Darker soil contains more water, lighter colored soil is dry.
Each houseplant has a different water requirement, and using a soil probe will help avoid overwatering a large pot.
Dimensions:
13.5" tall when assembled
Item ships unassembled in a cardboard labeled box
